FSG celebrates the Second Annual Meeting of the Calí Programme for the Equality of Roma Women [editar]
On 21 and 22 October, the second Annual Meeting of the Calí Programme for the Equality of Roma Women was held in Madrid, an initiative that promotes the development and active participation of Roma women throughout Spain.
The event was opened by Sara Giménez, Director General of Fundación Secretariado Gitano, who was accompanied by Elvira Vega, Director of Fundación Mapfre. This organisation will begin co-financing the programme in the coming months, and its participation in the conference provided an opportunity to learn more about both the Calí Programme and the technical team behind it.
The meeting brought together 45 people, including the headquarters team and Calí experts team, with the aim of reflecting on the line of work focused on personal development pathways. One of the highlights was the presentation of the new digital tool ‘Pre-Post Questionnaires’, designed to evaluate the impact of the programme on participants, both individually and as a group.
The sessions also served to discuss the challenges and strategies for improvement in the implementation of the pathways, from the recruitment and dissemination phase to their development.
