Introduction and methodology
It is expected that the mutual learning and common reflection on these crucial aspects,
including the potential challenges, at the beginning of the implementation phase help
better address them throughout the 2014-2020 period and therefore contribute to
achieving the most efficient use of the ESI Funds for the inclusion of vulnerable groups,
including Roma.
